During our relaunch: We are prioritising advance bookings while we build the driver pool. You can try Book now if it appears in the app, but on-demand rides may be limited and are subject to an available driver accepting your request. For a planned or time-critical trip, book in advance and check that a driver has accepted. Neither type of request guarantees a pickup.
1. Open the HEVO passenger app and sign in.
2. Tap Book now.
3. Check your pickup address and map pin, then enter your destination.
4. Choose an available service and payment method.
5. Tap Set pick up, review the fare information and add any useful pickup notes.
6. Tap Confirm order.
The app will show the driver search and let you know when a driver accepts. Review the driver and vehicle details before getting in.
Ride availability depends on your location and available drivers.
