Once HEVO has approved your driver account, open HEVO Driver and go online when you are ready to receive requests. Keep your phone’s internet and location services on.
Accept the request. When a ride offer appears, review the information shown and tap Accept if you can take it.
Go to the pickup. Follow the pickup location in the app. When you arrive, use Swipe to arrive so the rider is notified.
Start the trip. Confirm you have the right rider. Once the rider is with you and you are ready to depart, use Swipe to start the trip.
Finish at the destination. At the end of the ride, use Swipe to finish. Review the trip total and complete any payment confirmation the app asks for. The screen may differ by payment method.
If the rider does not appear
Try the contact option shown in the booking. If the rider still does not arrive, use the app’s Client did not show up option when it becomes available. Do not start a trip without the rider.
You can review accepted and completed rides under Recent jobs in HEVO Driver. If a trip status or payment does not look right, contact HEVO through the chat button on this help centre with the trip date and details.
