HEVO is returning gradually, with driver coverage growing area by area. A booking depends on an approved driver being available near your pickup at the time you request it.
Check your trip in the app
Open the HEVO rider app and enter your pickup and destination. The app will show the booking options available for that request. If you cannot request a ride or no driver is found, check that your pickup pin is correct and try again later.
Even in an area where HEVO has drivers, a ride may not be available at every hour. If you need to leave at a particular time, keep another transport option in mind.
